Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders, including Alaska & Hawaii.
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address submitted at checkout, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc.

Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, we are not able to track down on our end.

​We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

Cancellations, returns & exchanges
All of our items are made to order. Because of the nature of these items, we are not able to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless an item has arrived damaged or defective. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours. Customer satisfaction is important to us and will do our best to address any concerns.

Defective items
If you notice that an item you received is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Customers have 48 hours after delivery to inspect their package and contact us regarding any issues with their order. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we will not be able to resolve any issues concerning the delivered items.
